These General Terms and Conditions of Sale and Use (GTCU) aim to define the terms and conditions for registration and use of the website, as well as to inform users and customers of their rights and obligations.

By using the website, all users agree to abide by the GTCU.

The website reserves the right to modify or update these GTCU at any time without prior notification. Users are therefore committed to regularly consulting the GTCU to be aware of the current version.

The company ensures that the GTCU are made accessible to the customer before confirming an order.

The present GTCU apply to all sections of the website, including the blog section.

ARTICLE 3: USE, ACCESS, AND PROTECTION OF THE WEBSITE

The website, www.endtimeprophets.shop, is hosted by the Wix platform, whose headquarters are located in Dublin, Ireland.

The website is protected under French intellectual property laws.

Thus, the reproduction of any elements from the website is prohibited, as is the extraction or reuse of blog articles.

By accepting the GTCU, the user certifies that they are of legal age in their country or have the consent of their legal representative before placing an order.

The customer agrees not to use the website for illegal purposes.

Access to the website requires an internet connection via a secure connection provided by the user.

It is the user’s responsibility to take all necessary measures to protect their data and internet connection.

The user may consult the company’s privacy policy on personal data at any time.

ARTICLE 4: CUSTOMER ACCOUNT CREATION

Any user may browse the website without creating an account. However, account creation is required to place an order.

By creating an account, the user acknowledges having the legal capacity to enter into a contract under French law. The user also affirms that they are registering on their own behalf and for personal use.

To create an account, the user visits the “Account” section and clicks on the link “Need an account?” They must then provide their email address and password.

An email is sent instantly to the provided address to confirm the registration. Account creation requires the following personal information:

• Customer type (private or professional)

• Full name

• Mobile phone number

• Address

• Postal code and city

• Country

ARTICLE 7: PRICING AND PAYMENT

All product prices offered by End Time Prophets are displayed in euros, inclusive of all taxes (TTC), unless otherwise specified.

Les Dimensions reserves the right to modify prices at any time without notice or justification.

By placing an order, the customer accepts the price.

If a customer has purchased a product at a higher price due to a price increase or the end of a temporary promotion, they cannot claim a refund for the difference between the paid price and the new price.

The company may issue promotional codes to customers but does not guarantee their validity period or the discount rate offered.

Shipping costs vary by destination country and are detailed during the ordering process.

End Time Prophets reserves the right to refuse orders based on delivery territory or cost. Customers are notified of such refusals via email.

Payment is made exclusively by credit card through a secure payment service provided by Stripe. By confirming an order, the customer authorizes End Time Prophets to debit their account for the corresponding amount.

According to the French monetary and financial code, the commitment to pay by card is irrevocable. Customers confirm they are the legal holder of the card or have authorization to use it.

End Time Prophets is not responsible for any malfunctions with the Stripe payment service.

In the event of non-payment or payment issues, the company reserves the right to suspend or cancel the order.

Order delivery is contingent on full and compliant payment by the customer.

ARTICLE 8: ORDER REFUSAL AND CANCELLATION

End Time Prophets allows customers to cancel orders after confirmation, provided the order has not yet been shipped. Digital courses, such as the prophetic school, are excluded from cancellation under any circumstances.

To cancel an order, the customer must contact support at info@endtimeprophets.shop with the order number and reason for the request.

If the cancellation is accepted, End Time Prophets refunds the full order amount within 30 days, starting from the company’s confirmation of the cancellation.

Once an order has been shipped, cancellations are not permitted.

End Time Prophets reserves the right to refuse orders for legitimate reasons, including unusual orders, bad faith, disputes over previous payments, or other legal grounds. Customers are informed of such decisions without an obligation to justify the refusal.

ARTICLE 9: DELIVERY TIME AND METHOD

Shipping costs depend on the destination country and are detailed during the ordering process.

Delivery times range between 5 and 25 working days, accounting for preparation and shipping.

Products are shipped to the address provided by the customer. The customer must ensure the address is precise and accurate to avoid delivery issues. The company is not responsible for delivery problems arising from incorrect addresses.

If an order includes multiple items, the customer may receive separate delivery dates.

End Time Prophets makes every effort to meet delivery deadlines but is not liable for delays caused by carriers.

In case of significant delivery delays, customers may notify End Time Prophets at info@endtimeprophets.shop.

The company provides tracking for all orders.

End Time Prophets’ liability ceases in cases where delivery failures are due to customer actions, unforeseen events, or force majeure.

ARTICLE 10: RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

In compliance with Article L221-28 of the French Consumer Code, the right of withdrawal does not apply to unsealed goods that cannot be returned for health or hygiene reasons.

As such, orders are non-refundable after confirmation.

ARTICLE 11 & 12: LEGAL WARRANTY AND HIDDEN DEFECTS

Customers benefit from a 2-year legal conformity warranty (Article L217-4 to L217-14 of the Consumer Code) and protection against hidden defects (Article 1641 of the Civil Code). Full terms outline procedures for refund, replacement, and proof requirements.

ARTICLE 14-17: FORCE MAJEURE, NULLITY, MEDIATION, AND GOVERNING LAW

Contracts are subject to French law. Disputes unresolved amicably will be submitted to the competent courts under French jurisdiction.
